 Are you a talented, detail-obsessed 3D artist who specializes in luxury residential renderings and takes pride in delivering visuals that exceed the highest expectations? We're looking for a Flex 3D Artist to support a Colorado-based client with a refined eye for design and exceptionally high standards for visual quality. This is an on-demand role for specific projects that requires availability aligned with Mountain Time (MT).

What you'll do:

  • Produce high-end 3D renderings for luxury residential projects.

  • Work with models developed in Revit and generate renderings using Twinmotion.

  • Create exterior renderings during SD phases.

  • Develop quick renderings during SD phases.

  • Produce high-quality interior renderings for CD phases.

  • Deliver both quick renders and high-quality renders depending on project needs.

  • Interpret design intent and translate it into refined, photorealistic, and compelling visualizations.

  • Pay close attention to materials, lighting, and atmosphere to meet the client's elevated aesthetic standards.

  • Support project-based deliverables on demand while maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency.

  • Quickly implement feedback, updates, and revisions.

What you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture.

  • Proven experience as a 3D Artist, Architectural Visualizer, or Architect Renderer.

  • 3+ years of experience.

  • Advanced English level.

  • Strong proficiency in Twinmotion.

  • Strong proficiency in Revit.

  • Demonstrated experience working on luxury residential projects.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-end, photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.

  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and visual quality.

  • Availability to work on demand for specific projects.
