Application Requirements
[Required Experience/Skills]
- At least one year of practical experience in background illustration production
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team

- Experience in creating illustrations of characters, monsters, items, etc.
- Development experience as part of a project such as a consumer game or social game
- Knowledge of specialized fields in games, as well as anime, novels, etc.
- Experience in negotiating with external companies, quality control, and progress management.
