2D Artist

Seeking a talented 2D Artist for a fixed-term parental leave cover, ideally starting January 2027, based in Malmö. You will craft artwork for games, including characters and environments, collaborating with a skilled team to shape memorable player experiences.

You will contribute across multiple projects, iterate concepts, and help define the visual direction while maintaining high-quality final renders in a dynamic studio setting.

Qualifications

• Education in visual arts or equivalent work experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating slot game art, character and environment art.
• Proven ability to create 2D/3D assets for implementation in games.

Responsibilities

• Produce concept art in various styles for early development stages.
• Create mood boards to explain art direction and intent.
• Prepare mock-ups and references for developers to guide implementation.
